1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Find Your Axis (“FYA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using FYA, creating an a quiz, or accessing any FYA service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Adults only

FYA is intended for adults aged 18 or older. By using FYA, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are able to enter into these Terms.

3. What FYA provides

FYA provides quizzes, profiles, reflective insights, and related tools for self-understanding and personal development. FYA results are informational and reflective. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, educational, employment, or crisis advice, and they should not be treated as a diagnosis or professional assessment.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You should use a strong password, keep access to your email account secure, and tell us if you believe your account has been misused.

We may restrict, suspend, or close accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, misuse FYA, or interfere with other users or the service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use FYA for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes;
• attempt to access accounts, data, systems, or roles without permission;
• scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service;
• submit malicious code or interfere with security controls;
• misrepresent your identity or authority; or
• use FYA outputs to make high-stakes decisions about others without appropriate human review and lawful authority.

6. Your content and quiz responses

You keep ownership of information you submit. You give us permission to use it as needed to provide, secure, personalise, and improve FYA, and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy and your consent choices.

If you choose to contribute to non-commercial research or commercial research and partner insights, those optional uses are governed by the consent choices presented in FYA and the Privacy Policy.

7. FYA intellectual property

FYA, including its design, scoring methods, quiz structures, models, software, brand, content, reports, and generated product features, is owned by us or our licensors. You may use FYA for your personal or authorised organisational use, but you may not copy, resell, or exploit FYA outside these Terms without permission.

8. Paid features

FYA may offer paid plans, subscriptions, reports, exports, or other paid features. Pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, cancellation options, and refund rules will be shown at purchase when those features are available.

9. Availability and changes

FYA is evolving. We may add, remove, or change features, models, quizzes, pricing, or access controls. We aim to maintain reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

FYA is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that FYA will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of FYA.
